A new children's television series currently in production

The unique educational comedy sketch show combines 2D character animation with stunning live-action nature documentary footage.

Critters TV shows the native wild animals of Ireland as you’ve never seen them before - at home, with their feet up, watching wildlife documentaries on TV. Turnip & Duck’s new series is currently in production and due for broadcast on RTÉjr in late 2019. The 15 x 11' comedy series for 4-8 year-olds fuses animation with live action footage, provided by Dublin’s award-winning Crossing The Line Films.

​This unique children’s show is brought to you by Aidan O’Donovan, Com Tobin and Ian 'Benjamin' Kenny, the creative team behind the hit RTÉ/CBBC series Brain Freeze, which has been sold worldwide by Aardman Rights. 2D animation on Critters TV will be produced by Lindsey Adams for Daily Madness Productions, and all post-production will be handled by Gorilla Post.
